Many, many people have inquired about our Spring Classes that will
instruct how to design and set up their own raised beds.
Here is our schedule:
SPRING GARDEN CLASSES
Classes will be held on the following Saturdays from 9:00 AM to
1:00 PM. (Coffee, water and a snack will be provided)
Topics that will be covered are:
1) Background of our country's food production and the
need for organic foods to turn around our
country's ever-increasing health problems.
2) How to construct raised beds.
3) How to install support system for plant growth.
4) Proper filling and feeding of beds.
5) Water system Options
6) Maximizing your limited space.
7) What to plant.
8) Growing Tomatoes
9) Pest Control
10) Seeing the garden area and addressing questions.
Class sizes will be limited to a small number. Therefore,
prepayment is required to guarantee your place. Cost of the class
is $40. per person or $50.00 per couple.
